• Consultation Fees: Any fees charged for initial consultations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Retainers and Legal Services: Retainers paid in advance for legal services are subject to the terms of your signed agreement with MGS Law Group. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the work performed and applicable legal ethical guidelines.
